국제문화예술연맹(ICAF)은 예술가들이 자신의 작품과 재능을 대중에게 보여줄 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 그들은 또한 사람들이 다른 문화와 전통에 대해 배울 수 있는 곳이기도 합니다. 예술은 전 세계의 걸작을 선보이고 사람들이 한 가지 이상의 삶의 방식이 있다는 것을 이해하도록 돕는 역할을 합니다.

저희 위원회의 목적은 화가들에게 기회를 제공하고, 시민과 어린이를 행복하게 하며, 세계의 다른 나라들이 어떻게 평화롭게 단결할 수 있는지 가르치는 것입니다.
국제문화예술교류위원회(ICAF) 회장으로서 저는 심사위원단 및 박물관 직원들과 함께 국제 예술계에서 가장 아름답고 권위 있고 인정받는 단체가 되도록 노력할 것입니다.

An art festival showcases masterpieces from around the world and helps people understand that there is more than one way of life.
The first international art festival was held in London in 1857, which was called the "Industry Exhibition". This was the first international event of this kind, with exhibitors from many countries around the world. Today, there are hundreds of international art festivals held every year around the world, each with its own focus on culture or media such as painting, photography or sculpture.
The Life is Art Festival will be one of the world's best-known international art festivals. The festival is a great opportunity for artists who want to teach their work to the great international public. This festival year after year has become an annual event that attracts hundreds of assistents.
The painting culture festival is held every year in the Republic of Korea and is one of the most important events of its kind in Asia. The jury committee selects paintings from around the world and then presents them on display at this event for everyone to enjoy. The paintings are judged by their artistic merit and by the way they represent world culture.
The objectives of the festival are to provide opportunities for painters, to make citizens and children happy, and to teach the different nations of the world how they can unite in peace.
As President of the International Cultural and Artistic Exchange Committee for the Culture and Art (ICAF), I will work with my juries team and the museum staff to make it one of the most beautiful, prestigious and recognized in the international artistic world.
