그 상상력이 생활상의 어려움으로 제한되지 않고 창작활동에 매진할 때 문화에술이 모든 사람을 행복하게 할 수 있기 때문입니다.
한국 문화예술 활동은 단지 예술인의 행복만이 아닌, 모두의 행복을 위한 것입니다.
이를 위해 저희 국제문화예술연맹은 전 세계 예술인의 교류 확대, 단체의 문화예술 활동 지원, 문화교류에 앞장서 한국 문화예술 분야의 진흥을 위할 것입니다.
앞으로 예술인의 직업적 지위가 더욱 보장되고 안정적인 창작 환경 아래서 작업할 수 있도록 여러 사업을 개발하여 더욱 열심히 해 나가겠습니다.

This is because culture and art can make everyone happy when the imagination is not limited by difficulties in life and is devoted to creative activities.
Korean cultural and artistic activities are not just for the happiness of artists, but for the happiness of everyone.
To this end, the International Culture & Arts Federation will take the lead in expanding exchanges of artists around the world, supporting cultural and artistic activities of organizations, and promoting cultural exchanges in Korea.
In the future, we will work harder by developing various businesses so that the professional status of artists can be further guaranteed and they can work under a stable creative environment.
