문화는 인간의 마음에서 비롯되는 것이며, 예술은 우리가 소통할 수 있는 보편적인 언어라 생각합니다. 문화가 인간의 총체적 모습이라면, 예술은 이러한 모습을 총괄적으로 표출해내는 마음 혹은 의식의 영역일 것입니다. 문화교류는 다양한 가치관을 가진 사람들의 대화와 소통을 통해 이루어집니다.
예술작품은 작가마다 다양한 스타일과 주제를 다루지만 보편적인 형태, 선, 색깔, 감정 들을 이야기하기도 합니다. 우리는 전 세계의 예술을 사랑하는 사람들과 깊은 이해를 위해 ‘예술’이라는 보편적인 언어를 사용합니다. 전 세계 사람이 하나가 될 수 있게 하는 보편적인 언어이자 메신저 역할을 하는 것 또한 예술이라 생각합니다.
이처럼 국제문화예술연맹은 다양한 국적과 가치관을 가진 예술가들이 모여 문화예술 교류의 장을 만들어가고 있다는 점에서 의미 있는 단체입니다.
문화와 예술이 앞으로 더 찬란하고 아름답게 꽃 피울 수 있는 장을 만들고자 합니다.

Culture comes from the human mind, and I think art is a universal language through which we can communicate. If culture is the whole figure of human beings, then art will be the realm of mind or consciousness that collectively expresses this figure. Cultural exchange takes place through dialogue and communication between people with various values.
Works of art deal with different styles and subjects for each artist, but they also talk about common forms, lines, colors, and emotions. We use the universal language of 'art' to deepen understanding with those who love art around the world. I think art is also a universal language that enables people from all over the world to become one and to act as a messenger.
As such, the International Culture & Arts Federation is a meaningful organization in that artists of various nationalities and values gather to create a venue for cultural and artistic exchanges.
We want to create a place where culture and art can bloom more brilliantly and beautifully in the future.
